Pricing: Puppies range from $2,000- $4,000, Each baby is priced individually according to conformation and color, between 3-5 weeks of age. At this time each baby can be more accurately accessed for pricing based on gender, conformation, color & estimated size at maturity.  We produce high quality purebred Shih Tzus. We breed for health, beauty and loving personalities!

Our puppies are sold strictly with limited AKC registration (pet home).  Breeding rights can be sold to approved breeders after serious consideration. This is protect our lines and promote responsible and ethical breeding.

*Breeder reserves the right to first pick on every litter*

Deposit: is approximately 1/3 the purchase price of the puppy and must be received within 3 working days of you picking out your puppy. Unless other arrangements are made.  

Payment Types Accepted - We  accept Cashapp, Venmo, USPS Postal Money orders sent via Priority Mail with delivery confirmation or Cash for local pick up. No other forms of payment will be accepted. 

(Purchesser is liable for any transaction fee/taxes charged when sending money)

Note: Please make sure you can accept the responsibility of a puppy as deposits are non-refundable, under any circumstances!
Deposits are good for one year and can be transferred to future litters. 

We offer 200$ off for repeat puppy buyers

Shipping is available through our pet nanny service for an additional $500-700 weather permitting. Your new baby will ride in cabin and be delivered right into your arms. NEVER IN A CRATE! This includes airline ticket and  health certificate. Buyer assumes all costs associated with shipping, Note: We will drive to surrounding areas within 1 hour to meet you with your new puppy, for a minimal fee of $100.

Waiting List - If you would like to guarantee a 1st or 2nd pick on a litter there is a $500 Pre-deposit for upcoming litters. Available puppies can be picked in person or by a picture at approximately 3 weeks of age.  You will have the option of selecting a puppy from one of our current litters or waiting for a future litter in the order of when pre-deposits were received. Please give me the color and gender you are most interested in. Your pre-deposit will be applied to the final price of your selected puppy. Pre-Deposits are Non-refundable, under any circumstances! Only after everyone on our waiting list has been contacted, will we offer a puppy for sale to the general public that is not on our waiting list. 

-Don’t be discouraged by the waiting list because there may not be the preferred color or gender choice born for the people who are ahead of you. So even with a full waiting list, something still may become available & move your spot up on my list.
